Unsecured Loans
- 3 year maximum term
- Debt-to-Income not to exceed 41%
- Up to 36 months straight payout OR at minimum payments of $100/month with balloon payment at maturity
- Maximum commitment: larger of 5% of adjusted net worth / 12% of stable income
- Obtain Personal Financial Statement on $10K or more (vs. installment application if less)

- Line advances with a checkbook (like HELOC)

CD Secured Loans
- 100% max principal advance on Premier Bank CD, including closing cost (net fund)
- Interest only; loan maturity must match CD maturity
- Premier Bank CD's ONLY
- IRA accounts cannot be used as collateral
- Vehicle Loans
Auto / Truck
- New: 100% of sales price (plus tax, tag, and title)
- Used: 100% of trade in value per NADA (plus tax, tag, and title)
- RV and Pop-Up Campers
- Rate is based on prime at the time of application and fixed for the term. Auto rates are prime plus margin-fixed*
Water Craft
- Must be titled
- UCC filing on outboard motors
- 10% Down
- Used Value based on NADA Loan Value
