How do I apply for a position with Premier Bank?
If you would like to join our team, please complete the online application found under the "Open Positions" link on the left.
Do I need to have any information prior to completing the application?
You will be asked to provide your contact information and work experience. An email address is required. If you don't have an email address or if you share an email address, you can easily, and at no charge, open an email account at a number of providers such as Google (gmail), Hotmail, Juno, or Yahoo.
Can I save my application and complete it at a later date?
Your application will not save until all required fields are completed and application is submitted.
If I submit a resume for a specific position, will I be considered for other positions?
You may be considered for any available position for which you are qualified.
How long will my resume be in the database?
Resumes are held on file for 60 days.
What does a pre-employment screening include?
Due to the nature of our business, work-place safety and customer confidence is of utmost importance. Therefore it is our practice to complete a confidential pre-employment screening. Your consent is required for reports that are provided to us. A pre-employment screening will consist of ordering a criminal background check, driving history, and credit history.
What is the selection process?
If you meet the minimum qualification (see pre-employment screening), our selection process provides you with additional information about career opportunities, employee benefits, and our organizational culture. Specific jobs within the organization have specific skill and educational requirements. Our selection process is designed to match your individual knowledge, skills, interests, and experiences to those needed for a particular position.
Will you acknowledge receipt of my online resume?
You will automatically receive an email acknowledgement once your application has been successfully submitted.
Can I update my resume at any time?
You are unable to access it at any time to update your contact information, skills or employment history. However, you may complete another online application. Upon receipt of your new application, information will merge and save over your prior application.
How often do you update your database of open jobs?
Job postings are updated daily as positions become available so that jobseekers are viewing the most complete, up-to-date information.
