Most benefits are effective the 1st of the month, following date of hire.
- Medical/Vision: Premier Bank pays 90% of the employee's premium cost. The program offers a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) through Blue Cross Blue Shield or a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) through Capital Health Plan.
- Dental: Premier Bank pays 90% of the employee's premium cost. The program offers a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) which provides routine care, basic and major services, and children's orthodontia.
- Term Life Insurance with Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) & Disability Insurance: Premier employees are provided basic term life coverage two times base salary and long term disability at no cost to you. Employees may choose to purchase additional term life with AD&D, Dependent Life insurance and Short Term Disability Insurance.
- Supplemental Insurance: Provided thru AFLAC, including Flexible Spending Accounts.
- 401(K) Plan: Available after 90 days of service. Includes bank matching 3% and immediate vesting.
- Work/Life Balance: Premier observes the following Federal holidays as paid holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- In addition we provide paid time off for jury duty, bereavement, vacation, sick pay, your birthday & United Way benefit time.
